I’m Jaime. So nice to meet you.
I am blessed in this lifetime to be on a profoundly deep journey of embodiment and ensoulment. Through my own exploration of the inner and outer realms, I’ve gathered many incredible tools and ways of being I am honored to share with you.
I am soul-guided to-the-bones in this lifetime. I lead all aspects of life by my soul and intuition. I’ve been a wisdom keeper, oracle, sound channel, and Earth guardian for ages. And still am. I’m also an HSP, empath and complex trauma survivor.
In this lifetime, I’m healing deep collective wounds inside myself + break lineage cycles, living my soul mission in healthy relationship to my body, aligning fully with + voicing my soul truth, living into my multi-dimensional consciousness, and helping others remember how to do the same.
I see my offerings through Sacred Heart as a divine collaboration between my heart + soul, and those I am blessed to serve. I believe deeply that we are stronger together. And that we heal and grow together as interdependent beings.

I am deeply rooted in humility. I am grounded, practical and organized AND a mystic, magical medicine woman.
Stiff dogma makes me run the other direction. Hierarchies make me squirm. Spiritual bypassing makes me nauseous.
I am in sweet, sweet love with nature. When I’m not working, I’m in the woods.
I sing all the time because it makes my heart happy.
I LOVE to travel. Like obsessed.
I have an insatiable appetite for books. And plantain chips. And herbal tea.
I am a double Sagittarius (truth-seeking explorer) with a super dose of Libra (conscious equal relating) in this lifetime. Good doses of Virgo and Scorpio too.
I am a California native (Lord, bring me a taco, a beach, + a hot, sunny day), live in Asheville, North Carolina, and dream of moving to the rainforest.
I am a single mama to an absolutely delightful earth angel daughter. To be her mother brings me the deepest joy.
In my other equally-sacred work, I help creatives and healers write and edit books (JaimeFleres.com). I used to be a college writing professor.

My background and qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and English from San Diego State University (SDSU), Summa Cum Laude
Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing Studies with a Specialization in Teaching Writing, SDSU
Founder of Santosha Birth and Wellness (now closed), where I served as a birth doula (certified in 2013 and 2016), placenta encapsulator (certified in 2014), herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and all-around medicine woman
I am professionally trained to use both flower essences and stone medicine in soul healing + soul retrieval work.
Extensive mentorship in Shamanic Astrology with Sao Long and Tami Brunk, ongoing studies with the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School and Astrology Hub’s Inner Circle.
Three-year comprehensive Shamanic Priestess Mystery School Initiation + Certification (Golden Serpent and Mastery/Advanced Ceremonialist program) with Caroline Padgett
Mentorships and study with Julia Graves, Loey Colebeck, Lise Wolff, and Matthew Wood in flower essence therapy and herbalism
I am a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Practitioner and have studied with the foremost practitioners of somatic trauma healing.
Certified in several movement modalities: Yoga (2014) and Qoya (2016), TRX and Kettlebells
I have taught Qoya, Expressive Arts, Sacred Storytelling and facilitated group ceremonies throughout the US and all over the world including France, Greece, and Costa Rica.
I’ve studied and explored Spirituality/Soul, the Divine Feminine, Shamanic Priestess Work, Deep Imagery work, Ancestral Healing, Ritual, and Non-Violent Communication extensively with Sera Beak, Bill Plotkin, Eligio Stephen Gallegos, Rochelle Schieck, Sara Avant Stover, Daniel Foor, Caroline Padgett, Sarah Thomas, LiYana Silver, Yvette Erasmus, and others. I’ve also trained with Rakaiel Webb and Billy Zanski in Sound Healing.
Ongoing engagement with Animas Valley Institute, including SoulCraft Immersion, The Art of Council and Mirroring, Deep Imagination, and mentorship.
I’m the author of the book Birth Your Story: Why Writing About your Birth Matters (2017), creator of the Honoring the Whole Yearly Planner, and I teach workshops and give talks on the power of transformational non-fiction writing
