These sessions are for individuals seeking support as they move through transitions, challenges, past traumas, relationship patterns/dynamics, or are looking to connect more deeply to their authentic selves. I specialize in body-based trauma resolution, family of origin and ancestral healing; relationship themes, and spiritual awakenings.

In these sessions, we draw on any number of healing modalities as they would best serve you. These include trauma healing, embodiment work, narrative therapy, somatic parts work, depth work (using archetypes, astrology, dreams, imagery, and symbolism), energy medicine, flower essence therapy, and more.

Soul Guidance is a process of coming back into wholeness. A remembering, honoring and homecoming for all parts of your being.

It includes but expands beyond the mind’s Thinking and verbal knowing, to experiential spaces of the emotional, energetic, imaginal, creative, intuitive and embodied realms of your Wisdom Being just waiting to be accessed so they can contribute to your life.

Soul Guidance is like coaching, but we aren’t results or performance-driven. The work is about the journey, not the destination. In Soul Guidance we’re not trying to “go” anywhere in the outer world, but we are opening up, enriching and restoring your inner world. This work is not about going far, but going deep.

Soul Guidance is like therapy, except it goes beyond talking out your issues + includes vibrational and energetic healing modalities that are often outside the scope of traditional therapy. (Also I am not a trained therapist).

Soul Guidance is like healing sessions, except instead of a practitioner “doing the work on you” you are co-creating the work with the support of a guide + curated containers of healing and whole-ing.

Soul Guidance can sometimes look like Shamanic journey or medicine work, sometimes like archetypal counseling, sometimes relational support, and always a warm, welcoming sacred space for all of you to be seen and supported.

Soul Guidance Single Sessions

1 session $250 includes 90-minute zoom or in-person session.

While I believe deeper soul guidance work is best over a longer period of ongoing engagement, I also offer potent processes intended to support you in times of transition or for specific healing work. Please note that these single sessions don’t offer intake or integration support, which may be ideal for many. For this more complete care, please check out my package work below.

Healing Protocols I offer in shorter session work, include:

• Conscious relationship unweaving: this is a guided protocol that helps you bring completion to a relationship, romantic or otherwise intimate. It helps you to energetically complete and release the relationship as it has been, and elevate the dynamic to what is truly best and most aligned for you moving forward. (This is what some people call cord-cutting, though we are not trying to “cut” anything, but rather free yourself and another to experience the greatest alignment in your connection moving forward, even if that is no further conscious contact. This process is anchored in freedom, respect and wholeness, not an intention to sever anything).

• Meeting your High Council: I offer a journey process that enables you to discover who sits on your inner “High Council”–– those celestial, animal and archetypal energies that make up your “team.” Discovering these aspects on your Council and bringing conscious awareness to the relationships between these members of your team is essential to wholeness work and offers us a potent resource we can turn to for guidance. You’ll gain conscious access to allies that are here to support and guide your path.

• Womb Journey: In this guided deep imagery process, we move through the energetic layers of the womb to meet what is ready to be known, clear old stagnant energies, encounter allies, release memories stored here, and support your core wellness.

• Birth Field clearing: In this protocol, we journey back to the moment of your birth and your prenatal time, to clear out any old emotions, energies and patterns gained then that don’t belong to you and/or no longer serve you moving forward. We clear energies of fear, pain, abandonment, shock, lack, and whatever else may be ready to be met and shifted.

• Lineage Ally Connection: In this process, we’ll engage with your ancestral lines and open ourselves to the emergence of a wise, well, and vital Wise One from your lineage who wants to make themselves consciously known to you and who is willing to assist as a guide for you in your Life Walk.

• Soul Meetings that Mend: sometimes doing healing work and having restorative conversations is not possible in direct conscious contact with our relations, such as with our parents or other loved ones. However, we can do the work energetically with profound effect. In these sessions, we journey to meet a specific Other in your life, living or passed, such a mom, dad, a past lover, or other relation, to say the things that must be said and to do the energetic mending work that is being called for at that time.

• Alignment of the Windows of Self/Bodies of consciousness: When you are feeling out of alignment or in conflict with yourself, this process can help to align your physical, mental, emotional and soul bodies, and restore harmony between these aspects of yourself.

• Deep listening and mirroring. Sometimes we are going through something potent + profound and we need space to be deeply heard and accepted. These sessions are where you can recieve deep, attuned, non-judgmental, non-prescriptive space holding for What Is So in your world right now. This work is about allowing you to engage, deepen and enrich your story fully so that you have space to gain your own insight. The support I offer is of mirroring (reflecting back to you what you express) and using curious questions to draw you deeper into your own inner truth. I will not prescribe, analyze, diagnose, or label your experience. I will not judge whether your experience is valid or not and suggest what you should change. Your truth is honored and supported here and you are held and guided to find your own truths.

• Dreamwork. Bring a night dream you have recently experienced, and we will slip back into dream space in order to engage the DreamWeaver and enter the experience of that dream more fully. This isn’t about analyzing or interpreting your dreams to determine what they mean; rather, it is about opening back up to our dreams to allow them to more deeply work on us. This is curious exploration and deepening of a story your soul has to share with you. The dream is the teacher and we are the students.

3 months (6 sessions) $1,800 | 6 month (12 sessions) $3,500 (payment plans available)

includes (2) 90-min sessions per month, integration support via voice notes, and energy work between sessions.

Our soul guidance journey begins with a full intake of your relevant personal history, current issues, and intentions for our work together.

From there, we have the option to weave in a Soul Map astrology reading (recommended if you have not had one with me already).

Our sessions + our journey together are co-created. We will meet twice a month for 90-minute sessions. We meet on Zoom or by phone. (Sometimes I am available to see local Asheville clients in person)

Oftentimes, these sessions begin with a verbal check-in about what’s alive and moving for you. Then we drop into whatever soul journey experience is needed/desired. Our sessions may weave together different modalities including guided journey work, deep imagery, embodied movement, somatic practices, sound medicine, and other vibrational healing tools. Our work is intuitive and holistic.

In addition to our session work, you’ll have the opportunity to receive between-session support from Jaime by voice message. This allows you to share integration experiences and share what you are tracking and experiencing between our calls.

Jaime may also send sound transmissions, meditations, journal prompts, ritual suggestions, and movement practices, as needed.

Relationship work, deeper psyche whole-ing, pattern shifting, deeper womb and embodiment work, feminine/masculine line restoration, and dark night of the soul journeys are best explored in these deeper containers.
