Energy + Sound Healing
Through my voice (accompanied by drum, crystal bowls and other instruments), I channel high vibrational frequencies, collectives of unseen Beings here to support humanity, and Earth energies that offer profound portals of healing and whole-ing. Sound opens up my capacity to offer energy medicine healing work.
Sound sessions are multi-dimensional experiences, similar to a Shamanic Journey, but also offer a unique experience that may include clearing, balancing, harmonizing, restoring, shifting, and expanding all aspects of your being.
Sound + energy medicine sessions can help individuals:
Bring coherence to the mental, emotional, energetic, and soul bodies
Shift thoughts
Release suffering + discordance
Clear vibrational density and entrenched patterns that no longer serve
Restore original energetic templates/ harmonic patterns of creativity, vitality, joy, and wholeness, which are our human birthrights but have been distorted and adulterated here on Earth.
Address ancestral + past life issues
Revise our relationship to the past for great peace and acceptance
Jump dimensional timelines
Retrieve soul fragments lost to trauma
Experience a multi-dimensional perspective
Bring clarity about questions we are holding

My Sound Story
When I was a little girl, I loved to sing. You couldn’t stop me from singing. (Just ask my family). I was even known to memorize entire soundtracks from kid movies and sing them in my sleep.
One of my most delightful childhood memories is popping my head out the skylight window of my family’s boat on the San Joaquin River Delta, in Northern California where I grew up, singing rock-and-roll at the top of my lungs, as the sun kissed my face and the steady wind carried my voice to another place. I felt connected to life. And totally, joyously free.
The first book I ever attempted to write at age 20 was about the power of music. I’d gathered the lyrics to over 200 songs (this was before Google; I transcribed them by hand). I developed a whole outline to support my thesis about music as part-literature, part-medicine, part-portal into remembrance.
I have past life memories as sound channel at ancient temples in Atlantis and Egypt. Of being a songstress for Gaia, singing along her leylines and supporting her energetic ecosystem.
You can often find me barefoot in nature, singing to forests, rivers, rocks, mountains, lakes, and sometimes even animals. Or in my meditation space bringing in powerful and transformative medicine for myself and others.
It’s part of my soul purpose in this lifetime to share sound with Gaia and other humans to support our collective wholeness and vitality.
Sound + Energy Medicine Sessions with Jaime
I offer private and small group Sound Sessions in-person in Asheville, North Carolina.
In a remote Energy Medicine session, we will speak for 15 minutes live for me to get an idea of what is present in your life you'd love to receive assistance around. You will rest quietly to receive the energy work (energy medicine doesn’t require physical proximity), and I will offer my energy medicine work for 45 minutes. Afterward, we will hop back on a call to debrief for 15 minutes.
During an in-person Sound Journey session, we will meet and speak about what is moving in your life and your intentions for support. Next, I will offer you a customized meditation and sound experience. We’ll follow with tea and integration time.
I am also available for small group healing sessions at your yoga studio, retreat, or other immersive healing experiences. Please inquire here about booking a group session.
Both in-person and remote sessions are $225 and 75 minutes long
What Sound Healing is like
Here’s what people have shared about their experience of my work:
How Sound Works
“The ancients understood that a simple sound could reorganize the body’s structure.
Sounds that are harmonious, activate the body and create healing.”
– Author Barbara Marciniak
Sound has been used as a healing modality since ancient times. The ancient tantric text the Vijñāna Bhairava, one of the earliest teachings on yoga and meditation, explores the power of sound as a path for realizing Oneness with soul.
From Tibetan and Nepalese bells, gongs and bowls; to Australian Aboriginal didgeridoos; to Native American drums and rattles; to Gregorian chants, to ancient Egyptian toning in the Great Pyramids, sound has been a long-established path to the Sacred and to wholeness.
“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies.” – Integrative Oncologist Dr Mitchell Gaynor
Sound isn’t just something we perceive with our ears. It is a vibrational experience that affects every cell of our body. Every cell membrane in the body has external antennas called primary cilium that vibrate like tuning forks in response to the vibrational input from the environment.
“Existence is vibration. When we separate something into its smallest parts, we always enter a strange world where all that exists is particles and waves. The fact that everything is in a state of vibration also means that everything is creating sound. And as sound is created, there is a master listener to receive the sound: water. Why would crystal formation be affected by music, and why completely different results would be reached depending on the spoken and written words water was exposed to. Water, so sensitive to the unique frequencies emitted by the world, essentially and efficiently mirrors the outside world.” – Masaru Emoto, Hidden Messages in Water
Sound can profoundly alter the water in our bodies, which is responsible for copying, memorizing and storing/holding information in its molecular structure. Dr. Masaru Emoto, in his famous work with water, found that sound can significantly alter the structure and function of water molecules. As the adult human body is 70% water (newborns are 90% water), we can see how sound can alter the structure of our bodies.
“Bodies feed on sound. Sonic waves on inner waters. Nourish every nerve. Vibration strengthens bones.”— Radiance Sutra 19, trans. Lorin Roche
In his book Stalking the Wild Pendulum, scientist Itzhak Bentov writes that an illness is nothing but an “out-of-tune behavior of one or the other organs in the body.” When a cell is stressed or diseased, he explains, its frequency changes and it starts vibrating discordantly. And so, he hypothesizes that applying a strong harmonizing rhythm supports the malfunctioning cell to come back into harmony.
Masaru Emoto’s Images of Water Exposed to Music
To make sound, our body (the feminine/Soul/matter) conspires with the breath (the masculine/Spirit/consciousness) to produce vibrational communication that influences all aspects of our beings and those around us.
“Listening to music [sound] can increase levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1) in the blood from 12.5 percent to 14 percent. Interleukins are a family of proteins associated with blood and platelet production, lymphocyte stimulation, and cellular protection against AIDS, cancer and other diseases.” —Michigan State University, report in Don Campbell’s, The Mozart Effect.
The Greek philosopher Pythagoras, who developed basic principles in mathematics and astronomy, was also one of the earliest investigators of the physical, emotional and spiritual effects of sound. His sophisticated descriptions of vibration and harmonics anticipated modern research to an amazing degree. Using vibrational strings, the philosopher and his students worked out the mathematical relationships between sounds, and he proposed, in his doctrine of the harmony of spheres, that the ratios between musical notes were also expressed in the distances between Earth and the other planets.
