This program draws principally from the Shamanic Astrology Paradigm (recently changed to Turning of the Ages Mystery School), which was originally founded by Daniel Giamario. The Luminary program meets astrology at the soul and archetypal levels and offers a method of learning and working with skymaps that I call Soul Map Astrology.
As such, the content and methodology offered in Luminary are deeper than a lot of the Western popular astrology you will get out in the social media or celebrity astrology world.
Soul Map Astrology follows the Hermetic Principle of “as above so below.” It looks at the cosmos as a mirror of the human psyche and vice versa. We look at the natal chart as a map of the soul and its intentions for this lifetime–– a map that illuminates what a soul is coming in with and their set of intentions for this lifetime.

Advanced Certificate Option
If you wish to receive additional practice support in reading charts for family, friends and clients, I am also offering an advanced certificate. This includes one 60-minute private practice session with me. You’ll do three additional mini-readings for family or friends and write up a report/record a video report (your choice) in order to receive this advanced certificate. I’ll also be available for voice support for the next six months as you begin to practice your skills and questions arise. This advanced certificate is an additional add-on investment of $400.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does the course begin + when are the live calls?
All calls are held at 4 PM ET on Mondays. Bi-weekly calls will run for two hours, this time will include teaching, an opportunity to personalize the material to your own birth chart, embodied practices + inquiry, and time to get your questions answered. These calls will all be recorded and shared within 48 hours.

What if I can’t make the live calls?
This program is being offered 100% live this round, which may not be offered in this format again. Your participation is highly encouraged on all live calls as we co-create this space of discovery together, but it’s okay to meet this course with the time and space you choose to make available.
What is the weekly time commitment?
In addition to our live call time, I suggest carving out an additional 1 to 2 hours a week of reading, engagement, reflection and integration. This is where much of the magic happens.
Do I need previous astrology experience or study to take this course?
No, this program is suited for the beginner. That said, if you have prior astrological experience, Luminary will certainly open your eyes to a new way of experiencing this art, especially if you haven’t studied Shamanic Astrology before. Wherever you are in your cosmic +human journeys, this program will meet you where you are at and support you in deepening in meaningful ways.
What if I don’t want to professionally practice astrology, can I still enroll in Luminary?
Yes, absolutely, this is an incredible program to deepen your own engagement with astrology and your own life. This is one of the BEST tools of self-discovery I know.
This program will also help you understand the people in your life, if you choose to explore in this way. And this program offers everything you need to know to begin to weave astrological insight into the work that you already do.

What will NOT be covered in this program?
Like the cosmos itself, the study of astrology is truly infinite. And this is truly an introductory program, where we will cover so much ground, but it will be up to you how deep and how wide you want to take it. A few specific things we will not be covering include how to work with other house systems beyond Whole Sign, aspects beyond the three we’ll cover in this class, subsidiary charts, medical astrology, Vedic astrology, numerology, and much more.
Shamanic Astrology, which forms the philosophical and methodological foundation of this program, is its own practice of astrology that homes in on the most important aspects of a chart you need to illuminate you and your client’s soul map. Consider this program a solid foundation for wherever else astrology calls you to explore + deepen in the future. There is always more to learn and experience.
What will I be qualified to do after this course?
Providing that you fully engaged with the course materials, calls and invitations, you will understand the archetypes and planets, know how to work with your own chart, understand how to identify transits + Soul Seasons, and begin to read other people’s charts as well. If you choose the advanced certificate option, you’ll have experience reading other people’s charts and getting mentorship support from me. With this option, you’ll have the foundation to weave astrology into your existing work to support your clients.
