Depth Coaching and Soul Guidance | 90 minutes | $250 | packages available
These sessions are for individuals seeking support as they move through transitions, challenges, past traumas, relationship patterns/dynamics, or are looking to connect more deeply to their authentic selves. I specialize in body-based trauma resolution, family of origin and ancestral healing; relationship themes, and spiritual awakenings.
In these sessions, we draw on any number of healing modalities as they would best serve you. These include trauma healing, embodiment work, narrative therapy, somatic parts work, depth work (using archetypes, astrology, dreams, imagery, and symbolism), energy medicine, flower essence therapy, and more.

Relationship Coaching | 60 minutes | $200 | packages available
These sessions are appropriate for individuals or couples. We help you examine your relational histories, attachment patterns, soul patterns, sexual dynamics, and current relational stances to help you gain self-awareness and compassion, and become more skillful in your current relationships.
I specialize in helping folks who are emerging from divorce or another relationship who want to process and digest the past so they can move forward with intention and greater freedom.
My work is informed by Non-Violent Communication, Somatic Trauma Healing, Mirroring Work, and more. It is influenced by practitioners such as Alison Armstrong, John Wineland, Kendra Cunov, Terry Real, and others.

Energy Medicine | 75 minutes | $225
In a virtual energy medicine session, we get on the phone together for 15 minutes to talk about your current intentions and what is alive for you. Then we hop off the phone and I go to my healing space. I use sound healing and my own intuitive gifts as a channel, in collaboration with your Guides and mine, to offer the healing work most supportive to you. You are asked to lie down quietly during this 45-minute period.
Most people can tune into the energy medicine being offered and have a profound experience, even at a distance (energy doesn’t require physical proximity). Then we join again on the phone for a 15-minute follow-up to debrief about the experience.

IN-PERSON ASHEVILLE HEALING SESSIONS
Soul Retrieval Session | 90 minutes | $250
In this session, you are lying clothed on a massage table and we use flower essences, stones, and sound work in a specific protocol intended to invite aspects of your soul that have been disembodied due to trauma to make their way back. Think of this like an energetic massage that offers deep soul-level healing support.
Sound Medicine Journey | 75 minutes | $225
In this in-person session, you and I check in for the first 15 minutes about what’s alive in your life and your healing intentions. Then, I guide you through a meditative process to shift the mind to an observer state, enter an altered state of consciousness, and access the healing energies that come through.
I am a sound channel, meaning my Being becomes a vessel through which Guides and Light energies are able to work through me to offer support. You may be taken on a deep imaginal journey, process profound emotions, experience different physical or energetic sensations, receive revelations and clarity, and feel deeply nourished and supported.

Ceremonial facilitation | Between 1 and 4 hours | Between $250 and $400
I offer ceremonial support for small groups through practices I’ve been blessed to receive and become a vessel of their transmission. These include:
Gratitude ceremony intended to bring us into right relationship with all living being
Rite of the Womb ceremony (I’ve been initiated by the Munay Ki lineage)
Closing of the Bones: a group ceremony intended to help “close the bones” after childbirth and also supportive of offering closure at all levels of our being after a great transition.
Fire Ceremony: a group ceremony where we call in the directions, work with the medicine of the fire to support transmuting what we are ready to release, and an opportunity for communal sharing of songs, sound and stories.

My superpowers as your guide
I live and breathe what I teach and guide. The work I offer is embodied + deeply engaged from the inside. Integrity and authenticity are everything to me.
I am fiercely committed to holding pristine space and attuning to my clients. I will never spiritually bypass your lived human experience. My work is about companioning – creating spaces for your own inner wisdom to come forth. OUT are the savior and guru paradigms and IN comes deep accompaniment and a fierce championing of your empowered, embodied essence.
My work feels like being deeply held by the Divine Mother. It is soul-catalyzing. My clients report feeling deeply held and supported in an unconditionally loving field of compassionate presence. Magic happens there.
What I bring through includes and is beyond my humanness. I am an intuitive channel, working with many Beings (including my Oversoul, nature allies, and cosmic beings + collectives, I work primarily with the Sisterhood of the Rose) that offer incredible healing support.
