Full Moon Meditation and Sound Transmission
I have a special treat for you this month.
This Sunday I recorded a sound transmission and a meditation for you. Despite my brain’s snafu in saying it is the New Moon –oops!, the energies came in powerfully and crystal clear.
The meditation is meant to prepare you for the sound. The sound transmission is offered in partnership with the Whales and Dolphins, Gaia, and other beings here to support us on this Full moon. I hope you enjoy them.

Here’s some full moon musings for your brain to chew on after your soul swims through the sound transmission.
This full moon, coming late night Aug 31 or in the wee hours of morning September 1 depending on your location, is a potent illumination of both our dreams and our places of tension.
Root to Rise
This lunation has a beautiful grand earth trine between the Sun, Jupiter and Uranus, lending us a potent opportunity to ground into our material reality and our physical bodies for the transformational changes afoot. This trine has an added opposition with the Moon in Pisces, conjunct Neptune (creating a “kite”).
This grounding of the trine in earth signs, in combination with this Piscean/Neptunian/Lunar energy provides a beautiful container for us to dream and vision into what we want to create, while staying grounded to the material world. This may be a portal through which we can bring our dreams into manifestation.

Heightened tensions
Our current sky dance is also revealing a dynamic T-square between Venus – Saturn and Pluto – Mars. Venus in watery Cancer is opposing Saturn and Pluto in more serious and down-to-business Capricorn.
Bring awareness to the relationship between your inner nature and emotional realms as they interface with your world of work, structure, and even power dynamics.
Where can you honor the whole of your being in this moment?
If you’re too serious and driven, this may be an invitation to soften. If you are awash in a watery emotional wave, perhaps it’s time to anchor and find personal responsibility.
Venus, Saturn and Pluto are all in square to Mars in Aries, potentially bringing us challenges or obstacles in our personal relationships, our professional lives, or perhaps where the two intersect, clashing together like the incoming and outgoing waters at the seashore.
If it’s chaotic at the surface, dive deeper into yourself and find that place of calm and stillness from which to resource.
If you find yourself in choppy relational waters, return to your devotion—to what are you truly committed? Consider what is worth truly fighting for. Look for the harmony between nurturance and selfhood, responsibility to others and autonomy. Find the win-wins.
