The deeper tones in the middle of the track help anchor your being to the Earth upon birth, to help you connect to a stable, loving ever-present source of support available to you from birth on. I suggest getting into a meditative, receptive space and connecting to the energy of your birth prior to listening. You don't necessarily have to connect into the narrative you have about your birth, but be open to connecting to that energy and allowing movement and healing to occur.
